1. Privacy Protection Commitment
Welcome to Sparkify ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App follows a "local-first" design principle, does not collect, track, or store any personal data. All content you create is entirely under your control and is stored only on your own device.
To ensure transparency, we explicitly state that the App NEVER collects any of the following information:
- Personal information of any kind (like your name, email, or location).
- Usage analytics, statistics, or tracking data about how you use the App.
- Crash reports or performance data.
- The content of your prompts, templates, or any other data you create within the App.
2. Data on Your Local Device
All data generated by this App is stored on your local device, and we cannot access it. This includes:
- Content Data: Your created prompts, templates, and tags.
- Data Migration: The App provides import and export functions (in JSON file format), allowing you to back up or migrate your data independently. This process is performed entirely on your local device.
3. Features Requiring Your Explicit Authorization
Certain features of this App will only access local files or network services when you actively initiate specific operations. All such actions are entirely under your control.
3.1. Toolbox Functionality and Network Access
The "Toolbox" feature is designed to provide you with convenient shortcuts and enhanced functionality.
- When you use this feature to interact with third-party large language model services or websites, the App will, according to your instructions, send requests to the corresponding third-party services to obtain the required information. This is the only scenario where the App actively initiates network requests. We do not record, store, or intercept any data transmitted between the App and these third-party services. Your interaction with third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies.
- For shortcuts in the "Toolbox" that involve opening applications or website links, the App only retrieves the corresponding icons to display on the interface to optimize the user experience. All operations for opening applications (via Bundle ID) or opening website links (via the system's default browser) strictly adhere to system specifications and use appropriate system interfaces.
- The App does not probe the user's application list. All shortcut content presets are fixedly defined in the code and do not involve scanning or collecting application information on the user's device.
