Privacy Policy for Louverify

This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou Meirui Overseas Consultancy Services Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in relation to our mobile application, Louverify (the "App"). Your privacy is critically important to us, and our App is designed from the ground up to protect it.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Louverify is designed to be a private and secure creative tool. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any personal information or content created within the App. This includes:

• Personal Information: We do not require you to provide any personal information like your name, email address, or location to use our App.
• Your Photos and Raster Cards: All photos you select from your Photo Library and the Raster Cards you create are processed and stored exclusively on your own device. They are never uploaded to our servers or viewed by us.
• Usage Analytics: We do not collect any personal analytics or usage data that could be used to identify you.

2. Permissions Requested by the App

To provide its features, Louverify may request the following permissions. These permissions are used solely for the purposes described below:

• Photo Library Access: The App requires access to your Photo Library so you can select images to create your Raster Cards. This access is used only for the image selection process. We only process the images you explicitly choose, and this processing occurs entirely on your device.
• Camera Access (Optional): The App requests Camera access only if you choose to enable the experimental "Face Tracking" feature. The camera data is processed in real-time on your device to detect head movements and is never stored, recorded, or transmitted off your device.

Camera and Face Detection Data

To provide an interactive parallax effect, our app may uses your device's front-facing camera and the Vision framework to detect the location (2D bounding box) of a face within the video feed. This positional data is processed solely on your device in real-time to control the visual effect. We do not collect, store, or share this data. It is processed ephemerally and discarded immediately after use. This data is never transmitted off your device and is not used for biometric identification, tracking, or any other purpose.

3. Data Sharing

Since we do not collect any of your personal information or content, we do not share it with any third parties.

You, the user, have the option to share your created Raster Cards (.ify files) with others using the standard sharing features of your operating system. This action is entirely voluntary and under your control.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). If you believe that we may have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly address the issue.
